We’ve resolved the issue that caused duplicate ID images, though any duplicates created before the fix will remain in the system. In some cases, customers may have also uploaded duplicate ID images. We’ve chosen not to remove these. If you have questions about duplicate images, please contact support.

While we continue to investigate the duplication issue, all other services are operating normally. No action is required from customers at this time.

Investigating -
Intellirent enhanced its government ID verification service this morning. As part of this update, duplicate ID images are appearing on the Applicant Details page — one marked as verified (green check) and the other with an info icon (gray circle). If you see a green check, the ID has been successfully verified. We’re investigating the cause of the duplication and will deploy a fix as soon as possible.
